What is our history?

Superhost DR was born with the vision of raising the quality of hospitality in the Dominican Republic's vacation rental market. We started by managing properties in Punta Cana and Cap Cana, and quickly expanded our operations to other areas such as Juan Dolio, Las Terrenas, and Santo Domingo.

Over the years, we have developed a comprehensive management system, combining technology, professional processes, and hotel-style service standards. This has allowed us to position ourselves as a reliable company for local and international owners seeking to maximize the profitability of their investments.

Our growth has been driven by operational excellence, a culture of service, and a forward-looking vision, incorporating new lines of business such as interior design, furnishings, inspections, and soon experiences and tours.

Ana Espejo

Areas of focus: Business strategy, commercial management, marketing, business intelligence, relationship management.

Professional with extensive experience in property management, hotel administration, and customer service. Has led operations for multiple tourist properties and developed highly efficient processes for vacation rentals. His approach integrates hospitality, technology, and investment vision, ensuring maximum profitability and an exceptional experience for both owners and guests.

Pedro Reyes

Infrastructure & Real Estate Operations

Areas of focus: Property infrastructure, commercial management, relationship management, condo management, real estate sales.

Responsible for overseeing the physical infrastructure of properties, coordinating improvements, managing relationships with owners and condominium associations, and supporting the marketing of projects and investment units. His experience combines real estate operations and direct customer service.

Isamar Pereyra

Finance & Accounting Coordinator

Areas of focus: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, accounting and tax processes.

Responsible for the company’s financial management and administrative control related to properties. Ensures accurate reporting, tax compliance, and efficient management of cash flows.

Maya Baumberguer

Operations & Quality Manager

Responsible for ensuring hotel standards at each property under our management. Oversees cleanliness, presentation, inventory replenishment, and compliance with operating protocols to ensure that each unit is ready to receive guests with exceptional quality.

Nury Reyes

Guest Relations & Check-In Coordinator

Responsible for the guest experience, from coordinating check-ins and check-outs to providing personalized assistance throughout the stay. Their focus on hospitality ensures a warm, efficient, and memorable experience for every visitor.

Jesús Miguel Zorrilla

Maintenance & Repairs Specialist

Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of properties, as well as supplier management and technical support. His work ensures the smooth operational functioning of all managed units.
